Ontly, Inc. operates this website. This policy describes information handled through this website and general business inquiries. Data processing for a client project or a client’s customers may be addressed in a separate agreement.

Our forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a message. The project inquiry form also lets you provide your business name and service interests. We receive information you include in subsequent correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We use inquiry information to respond, explore your needs, prepare proposals, and manage related communications. Technical information is used to operate the website, deliver messages, prevent abuse, and investigate delivery or security problems. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing newsletter.

Website hosting and email services process information needed to deliver the site and inquiry messages. Submissions are sent through our server-side email system. This website uses technical services needed for its operation and spam protection. The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts. Inquiry details are handled by Ontly and the providers supporting hosting, security, and email delivery.
